I thoroughly enjoyed the interactive discussions, the "girl talk", the presentations and tools provided to help grow our businesses. I have never seen so many beautiful, friendly, smart entrepreneurial women in one room! It was truly a great event for me.

Honestly, I was blown away. It was a spectacular day for me because I walked out of there with a big shining light bulb over my head. (I think it’s been on dim for the past few months and this really brought the light back! Sounds silly I know. )  I attend a lot of events, some better than others, but when I am able to walk away with the extra knowledge and support to overcome obstacles in my business, that is a sign of a successful event. Words cannot describe how educational, motivational and inspiring Accelerating the Growth of Business Owned by Women of Color seminar was for me.  I had the wonderful opportunity to network with women of similar character, drive for success and high hopes.  We were able to have open discussion relative to our challenges and then talk about how we could find resolution.  In addition, we were graced with a phenomenal group of facilitators providing us with knowledge that was extremely helpful to our businesses.  This seminar exceeded all of my expectations.  I am grateful that Sensual Steps Shoe Salon was nominated to attend this colloquium.  I plan to retain the relationships that was built and I’ve already begin working on the implementation of the new and creative ideas that were cultured.
